Toning Tennis

I saw the commercial for the Sketchers Shape Ups a few months ago. Shortly after that I saw the Curves brand in the AVON brochure. I thought, will these really help you tone your legs? I myself was not interested to buy them, but I had some customers who recently purchased them. I am curious to see if they work. The look of the tennis shoes are not appealing but most things that look good are not good for you anyway. Each customer bought the shoes for a different reason. One customer said she wanted support and to improve her posture, and would wear them to work. And the other customers wants to exercise and get help toning her legs. I told both of them to please keep me up to date with their results.

My second customer was told by her daughter that the Curves tennis work really well. And that they were not as expensive as the other brands. They are priced at about fifty dollars regular price. She happen to catch them on sale so she really was excited. Her daughter has both the Sketchers and the Curves tennis and likes them equally. If you have a pair of toning tennis, it doesn't matter what brand. Please give feedback and your results. I am interested to hear your thoughts and success stories.
